Whitewater Teen Facing Charges Including Burglary

Whitewater resident 19 year old Jevin J. Burbach is facing charges including burglary to a building or dwelling, two counts of theft of movable property, and misdemeanor bail jumping after an incident that occurred on February 12. The case was officially filed on March 14. On March 9 a $10 thousand bond was set, and he was ordered not to contact four involved victims and he must avoid their residence, place of employment, or anyplace else they are located. Burbach has an upcoming court appearance on March 23 at 1:15 p.m.
