Watertown resident 36 year old Shannon R. Yager is facing charges including possession of narcotic drugs, possession with intent to deliver prescriptions, and felony bail jumping after an incident that occurred on July 26. On July 27, a $10 thousand bond was set and she was ordered not to possess or consume alcohol. She also cannot possess any firearms, ammunition, or other weapons. Yager has an upcoming court appearance on Friday at 2 p.m.
