A Watertown man was arrested on his 6th offense operating while intoxicated early Wednesday morning. Jordan Niemuth was seen by eyewitnesses passed out behind the wheel while stopped at an intersection in the village of Hustisford. He left the scene before police could arrive but was found a short distance away, police performed field sobriety tests and arrested Niemuth on his 6th offense OWI which is a felony. He was also charged with resisting arrest and taken into custody and held on a 20 thousand dollar cash bond.
