A construction alert in Watertown. Starting Tuesday, water lateral replacement will begin at 7 AM and continue until 3 PM Friday. Highway 19 will be detoured from Third Street to Concord Avenue. Westbound traffic will be diverted at Concord Avenue south to Western Avenue, then west to Fourth Street, then north back on to 19. Eastbound traffic will be diverted at Third south on to Western, east to Concord, then north back on to 19. A map of construction is posted below.
