Vista Park in Janesville Receives Update

According to the City of Janesville, the new playground structure at Vista park is now open. The structure features three unique slides, overhead climbers, rope climbers, a small climbing wall, and new swings. The new swing set includes an expression swing, which allows adults to swing with toddlers. An additional improvement to Vista Park includes the new ADA-compliant mulch, which allows for easier wheelchair access. The previous structure at Vista Park was installed in 1998. In spring 2022, the City plans to extend the sidewalk up to the playground structure to make it even more accessible.
