Viola Man Charged With 4th Offense OWI in Fulton

A Viola man who was driving the wrong way on Highway 59 was charged with his fourth offense intoxicated driving in the town of Fulton according to a criminal complaint. Rudolph Ilich was found at a gas station after Rock county sheriff’s deputies were called to check on him and when the deputies arrived they found him in his car with 3 flat tires. A Witness who reported Illich to deputies also told them about his driving the wrong way on Highway 59 and driving over a roundabout. Blood tests showed that his blood alcohol concentration was .252 more than 3 times the legal limit. No court date has been set.
