According to an update from the Janesville Police Department, 60 year old sex offender Mark A. Greenwell has moved to Jackson St. in Janesville. Greenwell has convictions of first-degree sodomy and rape in Alabama in 2005, and first-degree sodomy in Alabama in 2011. Greenwell is on GPS tracking and he is also a lifetime registrant of the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registry.
