A registered sex offender was released Tuesday back into the public after his incarceration according to Waukesha police. Jason Munoz was convicted in 2012 of two counts of second degree sexual assault of a child and strangulation for having sex with two 15 year old girls at different times, he was 20 when he commited the crimes. Munoz is to have no unsupervised contact with minors, no bars, taverns or liquor stores and he’s not allowed to purchase, possess or consume alcohol or illegal drugs. Munoz was released into the community with no housing secured and he must comply with sex offender rules and will be on lifetime gps monitoring.
