Man Sentenced in Court for Drunk Driving Accident

A man who injured his passengers in a drunk driving crash was sentenced in court Tuesday. Jacob Flores was sentenced to nine months in jail with work release for the June 9th crash. Walworth County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call about a crash in the town on Bloomfield around 10pm on June 9th. The two back seat passengers sustained injuries including facial laceration, fractured pelvis, partially collapsed lung, lacerated spleen and internal cranial bleeding. Flores admitted having five drinks in the two hours before the crash, his license was revoked for two years and will have to pay $500 dollars in court costs on each count he plead guilty too. Flores has until Friday March 27th to report to jail
