Madison Woman Arrested for 5th Offense OWI in Janesville

Janesville Police arrested a Madison woman for her 5th offense OWI according to a JPD news release. Samone Miller was driving on W Court street when her car was stopped for an equipment violation. When police got to her car there was a strong odor of marijuana coming from the car and she showed signs of impairment. Miller admitted to smoking and when the investigation was finished she was arrested for operating while intoxicated. Miller was also arrested for possession of THC, MDMA, possession of a controlled substance near certain places and felony misdemeanor bail jumping. She is currently being held in Rock County Jail.
