Lake Geneva Man Faces 3rd OWI

According to an update from the Lake Geneva Police Department, on January 22 an officer conducted a traffic stop on N. Wells St. at Service Rd. after a driver, 61 year old Lake Geneva Resident John C. Brennan, crossed the white line on the roadway. He was ultimately issued citations for unsafe lane deviation and 3rd offense OWI.
