Janesville Police and Beloit Police SWAT Teams Serve Search Warrant in Janesville

According to the Janesville Police Department, today at about 1:30 p.m., both Janesville Police and Beloit Police Department’s SWAT team served a search warrant on W. Wall St. in Janesville. The warrant service was a result of a criminal investigation regarding an alleged sexual assault that was reported to Janesville police yesterday. Early information suggests the suspects may have been armed during the assault. The warrant was served without incident and no subjects were found inside the home after SWAT searched the residence.
