According to both the City of Watertown and the Watertown Police Department, there is an electrical pole at the southeast corner of Water and Main Streets that will be having work done on it at 8:00 a.m. this morning. Because of this work, the traffic signals at all four sections of this intersection will need to be turned off. There will be 4-Way Stop Signs in place during this time.
