A Beloit woman was an additional arrest from a warrant search from the Beloit Police tactical response on May 21st. Bobbi Mason was arrested in the police department parking lot around 12:30 on May 21st following an altercation. The incident started between 2 people on Gearld and Wisconsin Ave and started while police were attempting a federal warrant arrest. The two individuals left the area in two separate cars with one chasing the other and a victim telling police Mason was armed. Mason was stopped and taken into custody after a gun was found in her car, she was charged with felon in possession of a firearm, battery, disorderly conduct, recklessly endangering safety and receiving/possessing stolen property. No court date has been set.
