A Beloit man was arrested on felony drug charges according to a Rock County Sheriff’s news release. On July 20th at 12:30pm deputies with the Rock County Sheriff’s special investigation unit arrested Daniel Ronan of Beloit. Ronan was charged with possession with intent to deliver MDMA, possession with intent to deliver Xanax, possession with intent to deliver between 200 & 1000 grams of Marijuana and manufacture/delivery of 200 grams of marijuana . All of the charges are considered felonies in Wisconsin, he was also arrested for possession of prescription Xanax which is a misdemeanor. Ronan is not being held in custody due to COVID 19, he will make is initial court appearance on August 25th.
