Over the weekend in Walworth County, The Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection selected Ashley Hagenow of Poynette as Wisconsin's 76th Alice in Dairyland.
Hagenow is a senior at the University of Minnesota and will graduate in May 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in agricultural communication and marketing. Hagenow said...“I have always loved connecting with others about agriculture, and Alice has the ability to connect with a wide variety of consumers to share more about this dynamic industry and the hardworking individuals who make it possible." Hagenow was selected at the 76th Alice in Dairyland Finals hosted by Walworth County this weekend. She will begin her term as the 76th Alice in Dairyland on July 5, 2023. She succeeds the 75th Alice in Dairyland, Taylor Schaefer of Franksville.
