Over the weekend, Janesville Police Officers stopped a vehicle for operating without its lights on. According to a press release, officers could smell the odor of intoxicants on the driver, Troy Morton. Morton showed signs of impairment. A Department of Motor Vehicle Check showed he had 3 prior OWI convictions He was subsequently arrested for OW1-4th, and he consented to a legal blood draw. The results are pending. During a search of the vehicle, officers
located 10 grams of cocaine and an open bottle of intoxicants.
