21 Year Old Orfordville Man Arrested on 8 Counts of Possession of Child Pornography

According to a press release from the Rock County Sheriff’s Office, yesterday at about 7:45 a.m. members of the Rock County Sheriff’s Office Detective Bureau, Special Investigations Unit, Bureau of Identification, along with the Village of Orfordville Police Department, executed a search warrant in the 100-block of S. Center St. in the Village of Orfordville for evidence in violation of Wisconsin State Statute Chapter 948, Crimes Against Children. Subsequent investigation resulted in the arrest of 21-year-old Aaron J. Myhre of the Village of Orfordville. Myhre was arrested and held at the Rock County Jail on charges including 8 counts of possession of child pornography. Myhre will be held at the Rock County Jail until his initial court appearance on June 30 at 3 p.m.
